Homeowners can create an account by providing basic personal information, home details, and ID and photo for verification. Edits can be made by logging in through the Charody site.
If a disaster occurs and housing is needed, verified partner organizations will be given access to search through Charody’s volunteer homeowners to contact.
Based on the information the partner organization shares of the victims, homeowners can choose how many to host and for how long, but no longer than 30 days.
